N[inutes of m�eting held in the Village Hall on March 26, I956 at 7:30 PM.
Present: H.R.Ross,Mayor�
Kenneth Turnham,R.N.Neddermeyer, E.O�Pood,Trueteee,
G.A. Hanaon,Assessor�A.G. Stinson,Foreman, '
Gerald Ross, Claude Taylor,Constables,O. E. Johnson,Clerk.
P�oyed a.nd seconded that minutes of ineeting held on March I2th be approved.
Constr�bles Roes and Taylor reported on current activities and were requeated
to watch the practice of throwing garbage and refuse on Village roada and
also the policing of the use of BB guns within Village limite.
L.B. Slaie, sales representative of the Phillippi Equipment Co. ,Minneapolie,
presented a propoeal of �395.00 for sale of a Huber Roller that f ormerly
belonged to the County and had been loaned to the Village. Thia propoeal
was tabled for further inv�stigation and conaidera.tion.
P�,�oved and seconded that the Hennepin County Agl.Society be allowed the sum
of �50.00 to support the current year' s Fair.Motion approved.
PJioved and seconded tha.t Trusteea T�rnham and Bagley be appointed to repres-
ent the Village involving lake control activitiee of the League o� Lake
Minnetonka Municipalities�A�otion approved.
�Ioved '�.nd seconded that the ealary of Weed Inspector be increased to basis
of �250.00 per month, for a five month period�May to September inclueive,
and th�,t this cover all incidental expense includin� the use of hi$ car
during this period.11�otion approved. .
114oved a.nd seconded that verif ied accounts No.I09 thro I4I be approved to
clear current obligations.Motion approved.
There being no further business the meeting was ad�journed. .
