Moved and seconded that minutea of ineeting held on Jan.23,I956 be approved. � Henry Weyrauch wae present asking for eome relief and aleo in placing hie ;� ~ daughter in eome mental institution.An appointment for a further confer- ' ence hae been arranged thro the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board on � � Friday�Fcbruary I7th at I:00 PM. � � j ; Three representatives of the Rural Hennepin County Nureing Diatrict were � preeent outlining the activities of this eervice especially thoee in their - + District # 3 which includee the Village of Orono.The annual meeting of thie organization will be he1.d on February 23rd at which time the election of members to the nursing committee will be arranged. � � � Ray Waterhouse had requested Trustee Ned.dermeyer to present hie request �or the enow plowing of a new road in "Hill-O-N�ay Manor" . Council decided to decline thie reque9t until euch time as thie road was placed in a serviceable condition and acepted as such by our Council. , Aasessor Hanson outlined the necessity for a typewriter for his uae . Trustees Bagley and Wood agreed to develope the cost involved and report their f indings at next Couneil meeting. �- � � Aesessor Hanson also reported that there are aome violations of our present '. Building Ordinance #5,under Scction 7�where permita are required when repaira or alteratione exceed �250.00,apparently due to the fact that thie-- --. requirement is not generally known. A f orm letter for tranamittal to those involvtd is to be prepared and submitted to the Council f or their approval at the next meeting. ��' , .; '� The Council appreciates the necessity for the appointment of a local Park � ' Board Committee and decided to discuss the matter further at the neat meeting on February 27th at which time a committee of three members each from the Orono Taxpayers Assn.and our Planning Committee would be aeked to attend and submit their recomendations. � Moved �,nd seconded that Verif ied Accounts Nos.43 thro 68 be approved for ♦ 8leara,nce of current obligations.r�otion Approved. , ' There being no further business the meeting wae ad�ourned. , ; O.E.Johnson,Clerk.
