{ have examined the Abstract of Title which covers the property described above.
The abstract was prepared by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company on
their Order No. A98-33206.
My examination covered the condition of recorded title as of the date certified on
the abstract, which is 7:00 A.M., April 2, 1998.
t found that good and marketable fee title, on said date, was owned by:
C. Douglas Holcombe and Marilyn J. Holcombe,
husband and wife as joint tenants
Said ownership is subject to the following:
1. Together with an easement as contained in Book 2197 of Deeds,
page 382, Document No. 3156554 over that part of the above
described land located within the following description: Beginning at
the most Westerly corner of said Lot 4; thence Easterly on the
Northerly line of said Lot 4 a distance of 26.88 feet; thence
Southerly to the point of intersection of the Northerly line of Loma
Linda Avenue with the Southwesterly line of said Lot 4; thence

filed of record January 28, 1998 as Document No. 6842289.
3. The real estate taxes due and payable in 1998 in the amount of
$4,083.2� have net been paid. Said tax-was based upon a
homestead classification under Property l.D. No. OS-117-23-23-
0005.

I have examined the Registered Property Abstract which covers the property
described above and which is registered on Certificate of Title No. 667614.
The Registered Property Abstract was prepared by Old Republic National Title
Insurance Company on their Order No. A98-33205.
My examination covered the condition of recorded title as of the date certified on
the abstract, which is 7:00 A.M., January 23, 1998.
I found that good and marketable fee title, on said date, was owned by:
C. Douglas Holcombe and Marilyn J. Holcombe,
husband and wife as joint tenants
Said ownership is subject to the following:
1. A mortgage running in favor of Fleet Mortgage Corporation in the
original principal amount of$203,150.00, said mortgage being
dated August 24, 1993 and filed of record September 21, 1993 as
Document No. 2423676.

2. A mortgage running in favor of C. U. Mortgage Services, Inc., a �
Minnesota corporation, in the original principal amount of
$460,000.00, said mortgage being dated October2lt 1997 and

paid. Said tax is based upon a homestead classification under
Property I.D. No. 08-117-23-23-0025.
