Minutes of ineeting held in the Village Hall on November I4,I955 at 7: 30 PM:
Present: H.R.Ross,Mayor; R.C.Bagley�K.Turnham,R.N.Neddermeyer, Truateee,
G.A.Hanson,Aasessor;VP.E. Heinecke,TreaBurer;A.G. Stineon,Foreman,
Gerald Ross,Constable;O. E. Johnson�Clerk.

Moved and seconded that minutea of ineeting held on petober 24th be approved
� Assessor Hanson reported on his check of proposed building at Orono Lane
by Rodney Ke11ey.Building permit previously issued approved by Council.

Attorney Pillsbury� s report on present ordinance relative trailer coachea
' on pri.vate property of owner was reviewed.Council decided to ask for a
further review as to the legality of the present ordinance in case o�� a
' court action and the poasibility of a change in present wording to meet
any exception thereto.
, The question of the purchase of a " Tailgate Spreader"for sanding purposes
�
was discuased and ordered tabled.
Constable Gerald Rosa made a verbal report of constable activitiea at
�
present time.
' The proposed change of County Road #7 at Brackete Point was brought up
� and Clerk instructed to secure a report thereon from the County Engr.
to be further reviewed at our next meeting.
� Trustee Bagley moved, seconded by Neddermeyer,that the Village �oin �
� membership with the League of Minnesota Municipalities on basis offered
for an eight months membership at half year� e duea from January Pir�t
' to August 3I,I956.Pliotion approved.
Trustee Turnham moved, seconded by Bagley that the Village Hall be designated
as the official voting place for the Vil�age election,f'rom 7t00 A.M. to
i 8:00 P.M. on December 6th and that notice thereof be poated and also
publiahed for two weeks in the Minnetonka Herald on rTov.24th and Dec.Iat.
Motion approved.
� 'rrustee Turnham moved� aeconded by Bagley, that verified accounts # 5I2 tnro
' # 544 be approved for clearance of current bills.Motion approved.
