It was moved and seconded that minutee of ineeting held on Aug.Bth be approved. +
F. Cottrel and wife appeared Rith further reference to continuation of eale of
f'ruit and vegetableeasr�a at Orono Cornera.They were advised that eub�ect will �
be �f erred to our Attorney for further adviee and recomendation.

Messre. Stone and Kelley again appeared with reference to diapute involving
divieion line between their respective property at Orono Lane.It aas agreed that
their Attorneys would present the matter to our Attorney for his consideration
and poeeibility of a&�ua�e�nt.Q-� ph���., .,�.-
Edward H.Bock requested further consideration of the granting of a building pe�+;
�nit on his property which ia ineluded in Building Ordinance 18eued on Aug I0,
I950 rea�ricting one reeidenee only on a I� acre area.He wa8 advised that the
ordinance now in eff ect restricted one reeidence only to thie area.
Messrs.Kelley Primus and Davidson again presented the Subdivisions adopted by
our Planning �ommi�sion for f inal approval.The Council moved the approval
with the further underetanding that they be eubmitted to Mr.Pillebury for
review and the publishing thereof a8 an ordinance.
E.G.Gothard appeared requesting coneideration of the exteneion of Oak Road at
Forest Lake.Matter was a efferedto Mr.Stinaon for check and report at next mtg.
Repreeentativea of the new Caaco Cove Addition requeeted approval of a dre�ing ;
program creating an ialand to be tut�ned over to the public.They Rere advieed `-
to coneult Atty.Pillebury for further consideration.
It was moved and eeconded that Ordinance No.S as amended be approved and
submitted to the Minnetonka Herald for publication.
It was moved and eeconded that Verified Accounts No.368 to and includinr�
No.395 be approved for clearance of current bills.
There being no further bueiness, the meeting Aas ad�journed.
