Haneon,Assessor; O.E.Johnaon,Clerk. � . ; Mr.Kelley preaented a proposed ordinanae covering Subdivieione approved � by the Plannin� Com.�vhich pae �one over in detail and accepted with eome 4 minor changea by the Villa6e Couneil. � � The Building Ordinance Aae then likewiae gone over in detail wit� ahan6ee � eubmitted by Aasessor Hanaon and approved by the Villa�e Council. t � It �vae moved and seconded that both of the propoaed ordinanees be eubmitted to Atty.Pillabury for hia review and recomendation eub�ject to Pinal approval. and acceptance by the Council at our next meeting.Motion carried. � , Aeeeasor Haneon reported that he ha.d attended the meeting oP the Hennepin � County Commiasianere equalization board and the caee of D.9P.Ortcn was � conaidered and decided in fa.vor of Supervieor o� Aas�menta with no redueti��� approved for Mr.Orton under a vote of 3 to 2 by vote ng members. Mayor Rose reported that he and Clerk Johnson had attended the hearin� involving the eo-called Spring Park and Long Lake annexation diaputee and commented most favorably on the preeentation of Orono' s poeition by atty. Pillabury.BriePa are to be filed by all concerned Yar final decieion by the Court.Teatimony and commente during the hearing indicate that the deciaion in f avor of 3pring Park ia extremely remote and likeAiae the poaition of Long Lake ia somev►hat queetionable. ti,�L-- It was moved and seconded that the diapute involving the aale of Parm producte by Mrs Floyd Cott,�rsi at Orono �ornere be submitted to Atty.
