VIr.V.R.Anderson,Fagerness Point,Appeared relative possibility of Couneil

taken under ad�rieement .
�lr.V.G.Al1en,Crystal Ba�,requeated legal opinion as to poesibility of ad�uatin�
�treet lines of Second Ave.Cry$tal Bay so as to avoid0� the sha.rp turn
�eyond Tonka Ave.Council agreed to handle further with mur Attorne�r.
Mr.Jack Allen and Lee Burton were present to request dance license f�r the
�nBay Inn"on premises formerly operated by J.C. Sletten.0ur Atty.will be asked
i to draf t proper ordinanc e f or danc e hal7. regulations.
IMr.Pfm.Kelley,Jr.Cha.irman of our P7.annin�; Com.presented draft of prapvsed
"5ubdiviaion Regulations"asking for early approval by Council.A special
meeting was set for Monday,Au�uat I5th far further coneideration including
our revised "Building Ordin&nce�re�ulations.
It w�e moved,seconded and unanimously carried to approve Verif ied Accta.
Nos.334 throu�h 367 to clear ourrent bille.
There bein� no further business,the meeting was ad�ourned.
