Minutes of the Town Board meeting held at Crystal Bay on April 27� 1953.
t�ll members were present, inclt�ding treasurer and clerk, with the
exception of Supervisor Kerr, who wa� absent account of illness.
A delegati.on from the Fagerness Point area again conferred with the �
Board with reference to the possibility of raising or improving the
so-called Fagerness Point Road. It was a�reed that an effort would be
made through the County F�gineerts Office to secure their recommendation
as to the sounding of this road, with the poe4ibility of having a report
of their findings far further consideration at our next scheduled meeting
May 11, 1953.
Mr. Hans C�lsen again conferred with the Board with reference to the
posaibility of �ecuring an extention of Fox Street, so as to provide an
outlet over the Right-of-Way of the Great Northern Railroad. Mr. Olsen
will endeavor to interview the proper officials of the Great Northern
as to the possibility of securing the erossin� over railroad property.
Chairman Tra�sk reported on the current status of oe�r relief cases.
An Ordinance regulAting the construction- alteration- repair.- enlarge�ment-
and moving of buildings in the town, requiring a Permit therefor, was
passed by the Board, and the Clerk was instructed to see that proper
notification thereof would be published by the Minnetonka Herald.
The necessary forms as to applications and permits will also be duly arranged
for.
Approval af the Board was also considered as to the sale of tax forfeited
land, and submitted to the Hennepin Count�� Department.

Advertisement for bids on screened pit run gravel and crushed rock was
duly approned, &nd ordered submitted to the Minnetonka Herald for pub-

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Walter �t. Brown as Weed Inspector
for the current year; the Commissioner of ggriculture for the State being
so duly notified.
Verified accounts No. 67 to Noo 89 inclusive were approved and passed for
clearance of current obli�ations.
