Minutes of ineeting of Board of Supervisors held at the Town Hall
Crystal Bay, Avguat 11, 1952.

Supervisors Kerr and Hoffman Present — Chairman Tresk absent secount
on vacation. '
Mrs. Wm. He�gen conferred with the Board concerning the posaibi].ity
of again taking over the premises preniously operated by her knoWn
as — Andy�s Grocery and Tavern, Spring Park. She was adviaed of the
necessary provisions regardin� the application involving liaenaes
and will arrange to present these at the next Board meeting Auguat 25.
Mra. F. W. Curtis conferred �rith the Board with reference to certain
ditchin� proble�ms, and also with reference to a rece�t aurvey of
their property, which ehe alaime waa inaccurate and was off 5 to 7 feet;
no action taken, pending further de�velopments.
It was agreed that poating of certain roada being used by tractors �S�� /�oRS�
should be made accotmt some damage haviag resulted from this practice.
The question of erecting additional storage shed facilities was discusaed
with the proposal that the question be fnrther reviewed by our legal
representative before definite action be taken involving further
proeedure.
Verified accounta No. �� �to � �J v�, were passed to meet
current bills presented at the meeting.
