So sorry I didn't get back to on this. I was able to make it out to the site and it does seem like they may have dipped into the buffer.With that said,the buffer declaration that the subdivision developer declared with the county is not entirely clear in the exact location of this issue. So, if we're both comfortable with it, this wouldn't be something that I would require them to make any major changes on the landscape as they might end up doing more harm than good to the adjacent wetland.They have installed the buffer signs on the property(which is a feat in itself), so I was pretty happy to see that.Also, unfortunately, we are not holding an financial assurance for this subdivision or single lot(s), so we're kind of left without any"teeth" in the situation. With all of that said, if this is something you'd like to pursue further I will gladly back you and provide any assistance necessary to do so.
