JOINT MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL & PLANNING COMMISSION, SEPTEMBER 10 , 1983
ATTENDANCE - 10 :00 A. M.
The Orono Council and Planning Commission met on
the above date with the following members present:
Councilmembers Adams, Frahm, Grabek, and Hammerel.
Absent: Mayor Butler. Planning Commission members
present : Adams, Callahan, Goetten, Kelley, McDonald,
Rovegno, and Sime. Also present : City Administrator
Benson, City Clerk Strom, City Attorney Malkerson,
City Planner Olson, Zoning Administrator Mabusth,
and Recorder Sutton.
PRESENTATION
BRUCE MALKERSON City Attorney Bruce D. Malkerson discussed Procedural
Due Process and Potential Local Government Liabili-
ties.
ADJOURNMENT The Joint M2eting adjourned at 12 : 20 P.M. followed
by a lunch for all participants .
