GENERAL INFORMATION
1. You may apply for plumbing permits by mail or in person at the City offices. Applications will be
reviewed and a permit will be issued within iwo working days.
2. Permit catds will be sent by retum m�i!atter a review is completed. PBRMITS ARE NOT
VALID UNTIL YOU 1ZECEIVE A PERMiT. WORK MUST NOT BEG1N UNTIL THE
PERMIT CARD 1S PQST�ON THE JOB 5ITE.
3. Piumbing permits may be issued ONLY to licensed plumbing contractors and to properry owners
residing in the dwelling.
4. When any new consuuction or remodeling is involvad,a separate building permit must be
obtained.
5. All work must be done in accordance with State Code requirements,
