The Orono Counc i 1 met on the above date with the
following members present : Mayor Van Nest ,
Councilmembers Adams , Butler , Frahm, and Hurr .
Also present : City Administrator Benson,
Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson, Pam
Cherba , 13��0 Vine Place, Bill Sime, 2106
Shadywood Roac3 , and Edward Lellbach, represent-
ing E1 �larketinq Punch Card Election Machine
Systems.
ELECTION MACHINES
From 7 : 00 P.M. to 8 : 2P1 P.M, , Mr . Edward Lellbach
discussed with the City Cauncil his punch card
voting machine system.
RESOLUTION #1420
Mayor Van Nest moved , Butler seconded , to adopt
Resolution #1420, A Resolution Providing For The
Collection Of Delinquent Sewer And Water Service
Charges. Motion,Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
RESOLUTION �1421
Dutler i�1�V@C� , Maxor Van Nest seconded , to adopt
Resolution #1421 , A Resolution Providing For The
Collection Of Delinquent Annual Service Charges
For The On-Site Sewage Treatment Inspection
Program. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
Hurr moved , Butler seconded , to approve the
S�ecial Assessments of SL-1968 and SL-1970.

Frahm moved , Butler seconded , to adopt
Resolution �1422, A Resolution Approving The
198? Tax Levy Collectible In 1983 . Motion, Ayes

TOWN MEETING
Mayor Van Nest announced that the Town Meeting

will be held on October 20, 1982 at 7: 30 P.M. at
the Orono Middle School Auditorium.
