Also present <br /> City Attorney Malkerson, Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br /> Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson. City BQputy-Clerk <br /> Woytcke. City Administrator Benson arrived at 7 :45 P.M. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA* Butler moved, Van Nest seconded, that items #2 , #3 and <br /> #24 be removed from the Consent Agenda* . Motion, <br /> Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Van Nest seconded, to approve the <br /> Consent Agenda* , subject to removing items #2 , #3 , <br /> and #24 with all staff reports concerning items <br /> reviewed at this meeting to be attached to the <br /> original copy of these minutes on file in the <br /> City Clerk ' s Office. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> MINUTES* Butler moved, Frahm seconded, to approve the minutes <br /> of the Regular Meeting of September 13 , 1982 as <br /> amended. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> MINUTES OF SPECIAL* Butler moved, Adams seconded, to approve the minutes <br /> MEETING 9/16/82 of the Special Meeting of September 16 , 1982 as amended <br /> Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> PARK COMMISSION Barbara Peterson, Peggy Watson and John Watson were <br /> present to discuss with the council the Bederwood <br /> Park Ballfield. <br /> Peggy Watson reported to the Council the problem <br /> with the outfield and explained the Park Commissions <br /> recommendations for sodding or seeding the field. <br /> Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to allow staff to get <br /> bids for the field on seeding or sodding and to poll <br /> the council for approval by telephone. <br /> Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> L.M.C .D. REPORT Councilmember Hurr reported that the L.M.C.D. <br /> appreciated the lettez of support. Also at the <br /> last meeting the officers were elected as follows : <br /> Chairman-Bob Brown, Vice-Chairman-Robert Raskob, <br /> Secretary-JoEllen Hurr, Treasurer-Ed Bauman. <br /> #669-TONKA LAKE <br /> PROPERTIES-RESOLUTION <br /> Hurr moved, Frahm seconded, to approve the preliminary <br /> plat subject to the findings and conditions setforth <br /> in the resolution . In additon applicant be advised <br /> by council to work with the owners of lot 17 &18 and <br /> 19 to see if they would agree to grant a road and <br /> utility easement to the City permitting the upgrading <br /> of the private road to a maximum 18 ' width same as <br /> existing road and allow regular maintenance by the <br />
