JIJNR CARS, FURNITURE, HODSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. It is unlawful to park or store any unlir.ensed, unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle lacking essential parts, household furnishings or appliances, or parts or components thereof, on any property, public or private, unless housec�. within a lawfully erected building. Any violation of this Section is declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the owner, as shown by the records in the office of the County Auditor, ef private premises on which such material is found, the City may remove the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special assessment.
