Re: Property maintenance
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Versailles,
It has come to the attention of this department that the yard has been covered with household
items at 3472 Livingston Ave. in Orono. This is a violation of Orono Municipal code section 58-1.
A dead line of January 19�' has been established for cleanup of the property. If this dead line is
not met the city will clean up the property and certify the cost as a special assessment. If you
