Subject: Building Permit - 3572 Livingston Avenue
A building permit (�3575) was issued to Raren Cuff on March
6, 1991 for the repair of the foundation at 3572 Livingston
Avenue. A plan review charge was inadvertently charged for this
permit where there should not have been one charged. Please
refund the plan review charge of $87.75 to Raren Cuff. Mail the
