On Tuesday, February 19,2013,at 9:00 a.m.,the above-entitled matter came on for
hearing before the undersigned, Referee JaPaul J.Harris,Referee of District Court, on the City
of Orono's request for approval of expenses incurred in enforcing the City's Order for Removal
of Hazardous Buildings and Property located at 3572 Livingston Avenue, in the City of Orono,
Minnesota,pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.22.
The City was represented by its attorney, Soren M. Mattick, of Campbell Knutson,
Professional Association, 317 Eagandale Office Center, 1380 Corporate Center Curve,Eagan,
Minnesota 5512I. The Property Owners did not appeaz.
Based on the pleadings, all files,records and proceedings in the above-entitled matter:
IT IS HEREBY OR.DERED:
1. The City's Statement of Expenses in the amount of$11,564.82 is hereby
approved.
2. If the property owners do not pay this amount, or any portion thereof,by October
1, 2013, the Orono City Clerk is directed to certify the amount of the expenses to the Hennepin
County Auditor for entry on the tax rolls of the county as a special charge against the subject
property, legally described as: Lots 16 and 17, Block 3, Navarre Heights, Hennepin Couniy,
