Dear Mr. Cuff,
It has come to the attention of this department that there is a large pile of trash at the end of
your driveway that has not been picked up by the garbage co�lector. This letter is to require you
to remove it before January 29th, 2009. If this deadline is not met the city will cause the trash to
be colleeted and the cost will be applied to the property taxes as a special assessment per
Orono municipal code section 58-1.
