backs for a commercial use bordering a residen-

statement of the fact they discussed at the

zoned private, not commercial , in one case
we were going to turn one fellow down and in

he felt we better have some good reason for
this . If we are going to allow one commercial
dock in a residential zone how can we not allow
another one .

They wre also informed of a board of review to be
held June 11 , 1981 7 : 30 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
City Attorney Bruce Malkerson reported CITY ATTORNEYS
that four of the homeowners in the REPORT
sewer project have requested to be
hooked up to the sanitary sewer line.
He noted that the City had agreed in
the acquisition of the easements that
it would be responsible for or pay
the homeowner the amount for the hook
up.
He recommended the City to pay the
homeowner the amount of money that
the lowest bidder quoted, which in
this case was Widmer Brothers , and
let the homeowner be responsible for
hookup. This would eliminate problems
in the future.
It was also noted that the restoration
would be extra and he also recommended
that the City pay the amount for restoration
to the homeowner and they could contract
with someone else or with the contractor
of the sewer project.
Hurr moved, Hannah seconded to pay the
homeowner the amount required by con-
tractor.
Hurr moved , Hannah seconded to adjourn ADJOURNMENT
