RE: Garage Addition ' �
Dear Gary:
On March 23, 1988 , this office notified you of the requirement
for a building permit for a garage addition constructed on your
property. On April 4 , 1988. a site inspection confirmed the
requirement for a variance. On July 11 , 1988 , a variance was
granted allowing the addition with revisions . They were :
1 ) 1 1/2' was to be removed to provide a 1' setback from
the property line.
2 ) A firewall was required for portions of the garage
within 6' of the property line.
As of this date, the City has no evidence that the conditions
have ever been completed.
This letter is to inform you that these corrections must be
completed and inspected before December 19 , 1990. If this
deadline has not been met, the City will issue citations. If you
have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this
deadline, please feel free to contact me at my office.
