On April 4 , 1988. a site inspection confirmed the <br /> requirement for a variance. On July 11 , 1988 , a variance was <br /> granted allowing the addition with revisions . They were : <br /> 1 ) 1 1/2' was to be removed to provide a 1' setback from <br /> the property line. <br /> 2 ) A firewall was required for portions of the garage <br /> within 6' of the property line. <br /> As of this date, the City has no evidence that the conditions <br /> have ever been completed. <br /> This letter is to inform you that these corrections must be <br /> completed and inspected before December 19 , 1990. If this <br /> deadline has not been met, the City will issue citations.
