Fan:(952)471-0682 During rautine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWDj
Staff, we found a number of violations of the provisions of the MCWD Rule B fo�
erosion controi. The following violations and observations were recflrded on
Ema�l: Februery 13, 2002:

• Silt fence down an the westem border.

You are reminded that construction without a permit is a violation of MCWD
Rules and is a misdemeanor punishable under State Law. These violations
require prompt and immediat�att�ntian. All violations should be attended to and
fixed immediately. You are th�reby required to:

����� fences in the front of each site, on all�downhill slopes and around
stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in B inches and installed

Ma�oo�m Re�d �in the past. Our records show thart a) a permit application was receive on July

erosion control plan for th� project, and we still have not received the r�quested
information. Under MCWD Rules,we are autho�ized to'charge the developer
fees in accordance to the District's fee schedule. The fees indude inspections
� and administrative time taken in bringing a developer into complianc�with
MCWD Rules. Therefore, the following balance is due to the District:
• 2/13/02 Insp�ction � $33/hour
• 2/14/02 Administration �$33/hou�
� 7otal Balance Due: $66.00
. Due no later than: Ma�ch 14, 2002.
Checks can be made out to: Minnehaha Crisek Watershed District
In order to avoid further penalties from the Minnehaha Creek Wate�shed District
� which may include additional fees and the delivery of a Stop Work Order, please
have the necessary work completed by February 20, 2002, and the balanc� paid
no later than March 14, 2002. �
