Dear Mr. Reinhold:
On September 8, 1997 the City of Orono approved lot area and lot width variances for your property
at 3551 Livingston in Orono. One condition of the variance approval was that the house and shed
were to be removed within 90 days of approval. 90 days from September 8 would have been
December 7. As of this date,the buildings have not been removed.
Please respond in writing with a time line for removal. The City would prefer to not proceed with
hazardous building action but is ready to do so if the building is not removed in a timely fashion.
Please respond before February 9, 1998. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at my
office.
