<br /> The Orono Council met on the above date with the
<br /> following members present: Mayor Van Nest,
<br /> Councilmembers Butler, Hannah, Hurr, and Paurus.
<br /> Also present: City Administrator Benson, City
<br /> Planner Olson, City Engineer Quincey, and City
<br /> Attorney Malkerson.
<br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, informed the City LAKE AREA SPORTS CENTE]
<br /> Council that Mr. Farnand called and reguested that Patrick Farnand
<br /> his presentation regarding the Lake Area Sports
<br /> Center be entered on the August 25, 1980 Council
<br /> agenda.
<br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to enter on
<br /> the August 25 , 1980 Council agenda the appearance of
<br /> Mr. Patrick Farnand for a presentation regarding the
<br /> Lake Area Sports Center. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
<br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to remove items #28 and CONSENT AGENDA*
<br /> #34 from the Consent agenda. Motion, Ayes (5) -
<br /> Nays (0) .
<br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the Consent
<br /> Agenda* , subject- to removing items #28 and #34 , with '
<br /> all staff data and supportive information to be
<br /> included in the Minutes in the sequence they occur.

<br /> on the summer youth program, the need for a well at REPORT
<br /> Bederwood Park, and the request of Arlene Hoppe,
<br /> 1295 Arbor Street, to have a ball diamond located in
<br /> the Crystal Bay area. City staff and the Park
