SUBJECT: Building Permit Refund
Dear Mr. Dzurik,
This lette;is written confirmation of our conversation with Lyle Oman the City of Orono Building Official.
The initial building permit issued to Kyle Hunt& Partners has been transferred into Skarphol Construction
Group, Inc.'s name and we have issued a separate check for the remaining work to be completed. It is our
understanding from discussions with Roger Wikner that he has reimbursed Kyle Hunt& Partners the full
permit amount of$5,687.71.
In order to secure the appropriate credit for Roger Wikner, we request that you follow through with the
following:
1. Request a credit from the City of Orono. Lyle indicated that the credit amount was
$2,137.60. The City will only refund back to the entity that paid the original permit(Kyle
Hunt& Partners).
2. Upon receipt of this check, either endorse over to Mr. Roger Wikner or issue a company
check for the equal sum.
Your cooperation with this matter is appreciated. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact
me.

I am notifying you that as of November 12t", 1999 we will no longer be involved with
the Wikner Residence located at 2845 Little Orchard Way.
In June 1999, our company applied foi and received a buildin� permit for new
� construction at the above-mentioned address. The total project completion�alue was
� $457,000.00. To-date, the value of work completed is $37,000.00. I am requesting a
refund for the $420,000.00 value of work not completed. We understand this amount to
"' be $2,137.80, please issue a check for this amount to Kyle Hunt e�Partners, Incorporated
and notify Jamie at our office wheiz it will be ready to be picked up at the front desk of
the City Offices. � �
