We show the City reported a demolition on the October 1988 SAC report with permit #1364 for 1065
Linden Lane. When the new use permit is issued, that should be reported on the SAC-B Residential
Detail form with the offsetting credit information in the Previous Use section on the Demo line.

Hello,we have a property at 1065 Linden Lane that paid a SAC charge on 7-9-1979.The house was demoed on 10-26-
1988. We don't have a record of reporting it in 1988. Is a SAC charge due?
