Sec.13.04 RIGHTS OF SUBJECTS OF DATA
Subd. l. Type of data. The ri�hts of individual on�vhom the data is stored or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section.
Subd.2. InEonnation required to be given individual. An individual asked to supply private or confidential dataconcerning himselfshall be
informed of: (a)the purpose and intended use of the requested data within the collecting state agency,political subdivision,or statewide system;(b)
whether he may refuse or is legally required to supply the requested data;(c)any known consequence arising from his supplying or refusing to supply
private or confidential data;and(d)the identity of other persons or entities authorized by state or federal law to receive the data TIZis requirement shal I
not apply when an individual is asked to supply investigative data,pursuant ro section 13.82,subdivision 5,to a law enforcement officer.
The commissioner of revenue mayplace the notice required�mder this subdivision in the individual income tax or property tax refiind
instructions instead of on those forms.
Subd.3. Access to data by individuaL Upon request to a responsible authority,an individual shall be infonned whether he is the subject of
stored data on individuals,and whether it is classified as public,private or contidential. Upon his fuRher request,an individual who is the subject of
stored private or public data on individuals shall be sho4vn the data withoirt any charge to him and,if he desires,shall be informed ofthe content and
meaning o�tltat�ta.'After an individual has been showsathep rivate+data�nd informed of its meaning,.the data need not be disclosed to him for six
months thereafter unless a dispute or action pursuant to tl`ns se�tion�is pending�r�lditlouaAdata on the individual has been collected or created. The
responsible authority shall provide copies of the private or public data upon request by the individual subject of the data. The responsible authoriry
may require the requesting person to pay the actual costs of making,certifying,and compiling the copies.

Before the building official review building plans planning staff reviews building permit
applications for zoning code compliance. We are unable to complete this review for
the following reasons:
Hardcover in the 75 to 250 zone exceeds 25 percent :
1. Although no sidewalk from the driveway to the front door is required, Resolution
5179 requires that an allowance be made for a two foot wide sidewalk. This will
add approximately 80 square feet of hardcover.
2. Because of confusion about the location of the line between the 0 to 75 foot
zone and the 75 to 250 zone, a portion of the deck and steps are in the 0 to 75
foot zone. (See attached sheet from deck permit.) Since there was a permit for
the deck and required inspections were done, the deck may remain, but the 40
square feet of hardcover that is within the 0 — 75 must be counted toward
hardcover in the 75 to 250 foot zone. There is also 18 square feet of patio that
is within the 0 to 75. This was not part of the deck permit and must be removed.
