The City Council r.let as a Canvassing Board to canvass and certif_y the
results of the regular Cit_y Election held rlovember 6 , 1979.
P�ayor Van Nest called the meetinq to order_ at 7: 30 P.r'I. The following
members were present: Councilmembers Hurr and Paurus. Absent: Council-
meribers Butler and Tiassengale. Also present: Citv Administrator Benson.
The returns were presented for study as certified by the election judges
of Precincts One, Two, Three, and Four. They were as follos:
