Dear Lyle,
Per our conversation last week, I have agreed to reduce the amount of hardcover on
my property by:
1) Removing the plastic from beneath the rocks in all of the landscaped areas.
2) Remove the asphalt from a portion of the driveway and where it runs along the
side of the house.
3) Remove the small deck that is in front of the screen porch which crosses the 75 ft
line.
We have agreed that the screen porch and deck above it are considered
"grandfathered" and may remain in place even though their corner clips the 75 ft
line.
We have also agreed that I will meet these conditions by or before September 1, 1993.
Upon your inspection of these changes, I will make application via building permit
to extend the porch and change the deck stairway.
