You may be aware that in reviewing the building permit application for your second story
addition I found a bit of a problem with your lake side deck and the 75 foot setback line. Mark
Gronberg has revised the survey to show additional hardcover removal to compensate for this. I
am enclosing a copy of the memo that will be in the property file to document this. I though you
might want it for your records.
The permit will be ready to be picked up today or tomorrow. .
