Re: Certificate of Occupancy
At your request the City of Orono has extended your temporary Certificate of
Occupancy since its original due date of May l, 2007. You still have not completed the
previously corrections. If the following items are not completed before Nov. 1, 2007 this
matter will be forwarded to the City Attorney for resolution.
1. Removing the gravel from the present parking area east of the garage and
replacing with sod.
2. Redirecting the water which flows down your long drive to run on the north
side of the house rather than the south side.

what you agreed to last spring.

Re: Certificate of Occupancy
Your Temporary Certificate of Occupancy expired on May 1, 2007. The uncompleted
items were:
1. Gravel parking area to be sodded.
2. Finish exterior railing.
3. Verify hardcover percentage and final grading.
We have extended your deadline for corrections until July 1, 2007. Please make the
needed corrections and call for a final inspection as soon as possible. If you have any
