Joint t�eeting of the Orono Council/Planning 7: 30 P.rs.
Commission, July 17, 1979
The Orono Council and Planning Commission met
on the above date with the following members
present: Mayor Van Pdest, Councilmer.lbers Butler,
Hurr, and Paurus. Absent: Councilmember
Massengale. Planning Commission menbers present:
Adar,is, Frahm, Hamr.ierel, Hannah, Jabbour, PZcDonald,
and �9ilson. Also present: City Administrator
Benson, City Planner Olson, Building & Zoning
Administrator Mabusth, and City Planning Consultant
Isberg.
City Council P�4eeting - 7: 30 P.M.
The City Council was informed that there would not CONDITIOPdAL USE PERMIZ
be an appearance on iter.i #1 on the agenda, 2677 Casco Point Road
which concerns a conditional use per-riit and variance
request for Alexander Holzer, 2677 Casco Point Road.
The City Council reviewed item #2 on the agenda and COPZPRHENSIVE PLANS
requested this matter to be entered on the July 24, Tonka Bay, Orono &
1979 Council Dieeting agenda. Westonka Schools
Joint Meeting - 7: 45 P.M.
The City Council, Planning Commission, and staff COr4PREHENSIVE PLAN
reviewed the recent draft of Orono' s Comprehensive Orono
Plan.
