From these two bills, it appears the firm wants $112.50 for handling and recording the Resolution and Easement. For such a routine procedure, this amount seems excessive. We note on the July billing there were five others listed for the recording of resolutions and the charge for each was $28.00 vs. $70.00 for ours. Surely there must be an error.
