Cancelled Meeting of the Orono Council, 7: 00 P.M.
Decerlber 12 , 1978
On December 12, 1978 at 10:00 A. Pi. , it was
determined that Councilmembers Butler, P�assenqale,
Paurus, and Pesek would not be available for the
scheduled Council meeting that evening.
All persons on the acxenda for that evening were RESCHEDULED 1�ZEETING DATE
notifed of the postPoned meeting because of_ lack
of a quorum and were informed that the Council
meeting had been rescheduled for n�onday eveninc�,
December 18 , 1978 at 7 : �0 P.P�i, mhe press was also
notified and were recxuested to insert a notice in
their Friday addition.
City Adr.linistrator Dick Benson was present at the
Council Chambers Decenber 12 , 1978 at 7: 00 P.r4.
to inforri any persons not receiving notification
of the rescheduled meeting.
The Council Chambers were closed at 7 :40 P.r�. and
a notice posted on the door.
