On April 9, 1984,the Orono City Council granted a conditional use permit for a church on the
property at 525 Leaf Street{Lot 12 Block 1 Stielows Addition}. One of the findings of the
resolution gran�ing the permit was that the property had been used for church purposes since
1908. Conditianal use permits are granted to the property,not the applicant. It remains valid
for whatever church occupies the site.
