Dear Tim and Susan:
This letter will serve as� the agreement for compensation for the
permanent and temporary sanitary sewer easement on your property.
The City of Orono will plant thirteen Colorado Blue Spruce trees 4'-6'
in height at a location on your property designated by you. They wi11
be planted in the spring of 1993. The thirteen Colorado Blue Spruce
trees will be guaranteed for one year.
In addition, you will receive fi.fty seedlings in the spring of 1993 to
be planted by you. There will be no guarantee of the seedlings.
