Below is a list of items tlie City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: • The survey continues to indicate a walk-out style home however the house plans indicate daylight windows. Verify and revise your survey or house plans to match each other. • The current plans indicate a 3 story home exceeding 30 feet in height. Revise the house plans to meet the building height requirements(ordinance attached for your reference). Also,in order far the walk-out/look-out level of the home to be considered a basement it must meet the basement definition as defined in the building code (attached for your reference). A 3 story home is not pennitted in Orono. • The existing survey indicated fill will be brought onto the site. City Code requires conditional use permit approval for fill in excess of 500 cubic yards. Calculate the amount of fill proposed and submit those calculations as part of the grading plan. Application#OS-3071 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items requested above by Wednesday, January 5, 2005 to remain on the Tuesday, January 1 gtn Planning Commission agenda.
