Good Morning Greg,
A site visit was made.The inspector noted a pile of footing spoils and cement(photo attached)on the property. Please
removed and as weather permits establish vegetation in that area. 1 will process the escrow refund request. Please
note all expenditures, including escrow refunds, require Council approval. The next council meeting is Monday,
February 27th. Checks are mailed out following the meeting.

The building at my house(140 Leaf Street) is all wrapped up and I have submitted all final paperwork to you all. So now I
need to get my deposit back and I was told to send you this email.
Please let me know if there is anything else from me and when I can expect my refund.
