RE: Burning Permit
Dear Robyn: ( .--

On Ocober 17, 1990 a burning permit was issued to you for the
disposal of brush. It has come to my attention that garbage, a
mattress and other junk was also burned. This is a violation of
State law. The Pollution Control Agency allows the City of Orono
to issue burning permits under their rules. This is a privilege
that most communities don't allvw their citizens. Therefore, I
am issuing you a warning citation. I would also like to inform
you that your permit is now expired and burning permits wi 11 no
longer be issued to you. If you have any questions, feel free to
contact me at my office.
