results of the regular City �lection held November 8 , 1977.
t4alor Van Pdest called the nleeting to order at 7: 00 P.M. The following
r�embers were present: Councilmer►bers Butler, 1lassengale, and Paurus.
The following r.►er.lber was absent: Councilmenher Pesek. Also Present:
City Administrator Benson and Autonatic Votinc� 24achine Custodian Bill CaXlson.
The returns were presented for study as certif_ied by the election judges
of Precincts One, "`wo, Three, and I'our. They were as follows :
