There are structural pads shown on your revised plans you just submitted and they were not on the original approved
plans.The footings were inspected back in November we need to verify that they were constructed to this specification.
If not we will need a fix from a structural engineer registered in the State of Minnesota and to inspect the correction(if a
fix is needed). I will need this verification of the existing footings and/or an analysis completed by the engineer before I
can approve these plans.
Have you already poured the garage slab? How far are you along in the framing process are you?Work cannot continue
on the structure until this issue is resolved. Consider this email a Stop Work order, any questions please call.

Good Morning Roger,
I dropped off revised plans yesterday for the detached garage at this address. The homeowner originally pulled
the permit and picked it up so I thought she was submitting the revisions but when I checked with her, she
thought I was.
So the key changes were for a steel beam just back from the garage door header.
And for the 16" LVL garage door header to be a 3-ply(was a 2-ply).
