Sorry for delayed response. Been dealing with health issues of my aging parents.
I will work with my concrete subcontractor. We'll likely just dig it up and call for inspection. Pll keep you
posted.
Was there any other issues holding up the revised plans?

;, I just want to clarify, we we working with updated drawings during the concrete foundation and the framing
',, processes. The plans were turned in by the homeowner for the building permit originally. I got involved after
°: that and thought she had turned in an updated set to you but I discovered she thought I or the architect were
: doing it. Hence the reason I brought in updated sets once I figured that out. My apologies for the delay.
iii I met with the concrete contractor and have attached photos to show evidence that the footings do
I accommodate the increase for the steel beam loads, based on the revised drawings you have for
� consideration. He was working with prints dated Oct 20, which had the revision to add the steel beam with
� increased footing size. The prints you have updated the garage header to a 3x 18" LVL and a few other small
' changes to window size/location, in addition to the steel beam, I believe.
' He recalls having depths of 12". The footing on the right side was 54" wide the entire length to the corner for
'1 ease of pour, which the photo shows. More than the 36" x 36" called out on the print.
`- The footing on the left side of large garage door also looks to be squared up and approximately 48"x48" based
on his recollection but the attached photo only shows the front side. I do not have a photo so show the inside
;'�; of that corner.
