PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> � <br /> � Butler moved, Massengale seconded, that the VICTORIA GRAIN COMPANY <br /> resolution for the Victoria Grain Company, 500 North Arm Drive <br /> � 500 North Arm Drive, be tabled at their request, #200 <br /> until the meeting of August 8, 1977. Motion, <br /> � Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> • <br /> Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, read into SUBDIVISION <br /> • the record the following for Dickey Subdivision, #212 <br /> • dated July 15, 1977, which states: William Dickey <br /> � This subdivision was approved by Council on <br /> January 10, 1977, through the simple procedures <br /> � as b.oth parcels exceed five acres in area. <br /> • The resolution approving this subdivision has not <br /> yet been recorded. The resolution date has expired. <br /> � We should have an amendment extending the date of <br /> � expiration for at least three months. <br /> � Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to amend AMEND RESOLUTION #741 <br /> � Resolution #741 to extend the expiration date <br /> from July 1, 1977 to October 1, 1977.
