Abcut 13 ,000 sq. ft. is dry land, but the prooerty

John Hacking commented that originally the intent

 l. Conservation easement.
2 . Reserve right to construct dock 6 ' wide to

 tions 1-4 :
l . Conservation easement over the wetlands with
provisions for providing access to the lake

Mr. Hacking: Yes.

! 2. This access would be limited to one com.on
dock for all propery owners with a 6 ' wide
dock to navigable waters. Is that a11 right?
, Mr. Hacking: Yes.
Mr. Hacking handed a rough draft of a pr000sd
