! Regular Meeting of the Orono Council, 7: 00 P.M.
March 14, 1977
yOn Monday afternoon, D4arch 14, 1977, 3 :00 P.M. , '
� it was determined that the stated Council meeting
scheduled for 7: 00 P.M. of that evening would
� not consist of a quorum. Councilwoman P�tary
! Butler and Councilman Norman Paurus had previously
stated that they would not be available at this
i meeting, and Councilman Walter P�Iassengale had
been called out of town.
�
� Administrator Dick Benson immediately rescheduled
the Council meeting for Thursday, Asarch 17, 1977
� at 7: 00 P.M. , which had been previously scheduled
! for a Council work session and notified the press,
Mayor Van Nest, Victoria Grain Company, Minnehaha
�� Creek Watershed District, the Ivy Lane Petitioners
Douglas Klint, representing Gary Petersen, and
r other consultants of the meeting change.
f 7: 00 P.M. D4arch 14 , 1977, the Administrator, Dick
. Benson, appeared at the Council Chambers and informed
JoEllen Hurr, 930 Partenwood Road, and another
. unidentified person that because of lack of quorum
the Council meeting had been rescheduled for P'tarch 17,
' 1977 at 7: 00 P.P�.
