Thank you for the updated information from the MCWD district notifying us no addition permitting is required from
them for the proposed landscaping. Upon receipt of your zoning permit application for a minor land alteration
(landscaping) at 425 Lakeview Parkway, I submitted the information to our engineer for review. However,today,Glen
from TCP Landscape called me asking what we needed to see for modifications to the landscaping from the original
plan. In discussing the plan you submitted from TCP dated 7-21-2016 he mentioned the fire pit area is now to be
installed. The landscape plan should show all proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios, sidewalks,
retaining walls,etc. Any proposed patios,sidewalks, retaining walls,etc.shown on the landscape plan should also be
reflected on the survey. Once we receive updated information we will begin our review. Please don't hesitate to
contact me with any questions.

under the Erosion Control permit issued by MCWD on September 18, 2015.The permit will expire on September 18,
2016. No additional permit will be needed with MCWD at this time. If landscaping work will occur after September 18,
