Hi Amy,
Chase Vanderbilt from the MCWD visited the property addressed 425 Lakeview Parkway on Tuesday. Please see his
comments below.
Based on MCWD inspection and the establishment of vegetation we will be refunding the escrow money for 425
Lakeview Parkway. It appears from the inspection continued work needs to be completed on the biofiltration basin and
signage. Please contact the MCWD if you have any questions.

Hi Chris,
I was out at the site yesterday and took a few photos(Attached).The erosion control blankets that are in place seem to
be germinating well and do not appear to be in the easement, but that is a little hard to tell because the easement sign
that is supposed to be near the road is absent.The biofiltration basin itself and the surrounding area has not been
seeded and looks pretty rough.

I drove through the rest of the site and it seems as though there are many new easement signs that have been installed
along the road, but nothing new along the road at this site.
Please let me know if I can gather any more information on site or if you have any questions.

We are reviewing the as-built survey. We have contacted Terrance at the MCWD to review the biofiltration basin on the
property. We are aware the basin is not part of the building construction; however it appears not be functioning as
required.
I have also asked Terrance to look at the conservation easement area and determine if any areas were disturbed as part
of your site work. The MCWD will likely follow up with you and copy the City regarding any corrective action.
From the site visit and photos taken by the City, it appears most of the areas have been established with vegetation, but
we cannot release the escrow until we know if there are corrections needed within the conservation easement area and
until all seed blankets have fully germinated.

We are reviewing the as-built survey. We have contacted Terrance at the MCWD to review the biofiltration basin on the
property. We are aware the basin is not part of the building construction; however it appears not be functioning as
required.
I have also asked Terrance to look at the conservation easement area and determine if any areas were disturbed as part
of your site work. The MCWD will likely follow up with you and copy the City regarding any corrective action.
From the site visit and photos taken by the City, it appears most of the areas have been established with vegetation, but
we cannot release the escrow until we know if there are corrections needed within the conservation easement area and
until all seed blankets have fully germinated.

I wanted to give a quick follow up regarding the single family home lot at 425 Lakeview Parkway.After taking another
look at things it appears that the Basin#16 was filled with extra sediment at some point. I'm not sure if this happened

from the developer or builder.After reviewing photos from earlier this year it was clear that this entire area was a mess
in the fall,which may have contributed to the basin being filled in (see attached photo).
Overall, I think the lot at 425 Lakeview parkway needs more stabilization to a few areas as shown below. It's tough to tell
if the conservation easement was actually disturbed or not. I'd say the most important issue would be stabilizing the
remainder of the lot. As you may or may not know, my last day at the MCWD is today. Moving forward I will have Chase
and Luke take the lead on these issues and they should be contacted if any more questions or concerns arise.
