Please see his comments below. Based on MCWD inspection and the establishment of vegetation we will be refunding the escrow money for 425 Lakeview Parkway. It appears from the inspection continued work needs to be completed on the biofiltration basin and signage. Please contact the MCWD if you have any questions. We have contacted Terrance at the MCWD to review the biofiltration basin on the property. We are aware the basin is not part of the building construction; however it appears not be functioning as required. I have also asked Terrance to look at the conservation easement area and determine if any areas were disturbed as part of your site work. The MCWD will likely follow up with you and copy the City regarding any corrective action. From the site visit and photos taken by the City, it appears most of the areas have been established with vegetation, but we cannot release the escrow until we know if there are corrections needed within the conservation easement area and until all seed blankets have fully germinated.
