At Mitchell's request I am sending along a condition of title dated October 1, 2001, showing that
there is carried on your Certificate of Title a memorial of the Court Order adding certain
"accretions" to yaur parcel of land. I am also sending along a copy of the actual Order which
was filed with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles (i.e., in the land record) on May 10, 1999
as document number 3155916.
