Hello,
Our City Engineer's schedule was completely booked for tomorrow, so he made a site visit yet this afternoon.
Below are his comments -
I went out to the site this afternoon to do the as-built inspection and have the following comments:
• Both sets of tiered walls need a registered engineer sign off on the walls because the tiers are not separated by
more than 2x the height of the higher tier as required by the City code. Attached is a copy of our retaining wall
information sheet.
• There are areas around the perimeter which are not vegetated and no erosion control is in place. This includes
the mound area with exposed soil. Erosion control blanket with seed underneath should be placed on these
areas.

Also, noted on the building permit it states "oufstanding wetland buffer plantings and wefland signage to be
resolved by the developer of Graham Hill Preserve on the property'. While our engineer noted wetland buffer
signs were posted, we still need to have our wetland specialist visit the site to approve the wetland buffer
plantings. Attached is a copy nf the building permit
